Policy Documents for Travel Insurance

It’s important to read through your policy documents before you set off on your trip. They explain your policy in detail – what you’re covered for, and what you’re not.

Cover can vary between policy documents, so to find the right documents you’ll need to know when you bought your policy. You can also find your policy documents by logging into your My Staysure account.

You can upgrade cover at any time, just as long as you haven’t travelled or made a claim. To upgrade your policy to our Comprehensive or Signature level of cover, or to add optional extras, log into your My Staysure account.

Insurance Product Information Documents (IPIDs)

If you haven’t bought your travel insurance policy yet, then Insurance Product Information Documents (IPIDs) are really useful to read. There’s an IPID for each policy type and additional cover option. IPIDs can help to make sure that the policy you’re choosing is right for you.
